Research by two professors out of Virginia: Gregory & Janosik Found 25% of students knew about Clery Act & Purpose 10% took crime reports into consideration Many campus officials believe crime reports not effective in

reducing campus crime Campus officials did believe that helped to improve policies

and procedures Institutions need to consider additional programs and services
