• What students can demonstrate they can do with technology can be a measure as well.

• Students can become independent thinkers and let their creativity shine.

• It’s hard to evaluate, but our school can set expectations.

Technology Integration Must Be Creative

• Teachers must have an open-minded view on opportunities

• How can we use mobile devices?▫ Not all students have a home computer,

but they most likely have an iPod▫ A teacher in Idaho used iPods to have the

students download videos, books on tape, and more

▫ Mobile devices were used for a Geo-Historic project.

• It is similar when teachers get new technology

• We don’t get our full money’s worth if they aren’t properly trained how to use it and incorporate it in their classrooms.

technological tools for our young men and women to be successful.
