PROCEDURE

PRE-WRITING PROCESS

Before the class the teacher asks students to bring their favorite toys to the class. When the lesson starts he or she wants students to talk about their toys and why this toy is their favorite. Firstly he or she chooses volunteer students and then some reluctant students. If it is not work, the students divided into groups and this time they talk about their toys with their friends. Then teacher says the students what they know about their friends’ toy and wants them to write some simple sentences to talk about their friends’ favorite toys.

P.S: The teacher should not forget that every student may not bring a toy or a student doesn’t even a toy so he or she should prepare some extra toys to these students and also as another choice The teacher says the students to share their toys with their friends. I believe that this also improves their friendship and teaches them some morals as well.

WHILE-WRITING PROCESS

Firstly the teacher show students some advertisement samples for different kinds of toys. And then he or she wants them to write an advertisement by drawing their favorite toy and by using some cool sentences. They should do it themselves first. The teacher gives them some time and then he or she wants them to be divided into some groups and share their advertisements with their friends. Then we can choose some volunteer students to draw their advertisements on the board. So all students can see and enjoy it. I believe that it will improve their mental abilities, creativeness and imagination.

POST-WRITING PROCESS

In this process the teacher collects the advertisement papers and again gives them different students and wants his or her students to check and give feedback to their friends and write their own opinions and suggestions about their friends’ advertisements. They can enjoy this activity since they perform as a little teacher. They can also find some errors and check them. Since they are all friends it will be easy for them to understand and except their mistakes. After that we can make a small competition. We can choose the best advertisement by giving vote to each other so it will be fair and fun for students.
