• Where there is wall, there is a way. No matter hard the predicament is, it should be wrestled in resolving it spontaneously. Before teaching some brand projects for those students in every Tuesday, the vital issue I encountered was to confer a proper project with a proper level in their ages. However, all of them possess the distinct level of English abilities. The thing I can do only for boosting their English abilities is to teach those students with organizational methods. For example, before learning how to write a full sentence correctly, it is essential that they should learn how to acknowledge the vocabulary at the outset. Then they should practice with writing some simple sentences in certain rules and words. After that, they can be independent with creating a certain sentence with the certain words. However, it sometimes progresses slow and even adjourns the schedule teacher has made before implementing it. The most impressive thing for me is that the way I teach the class with some active games will surge their learning interests, and then they improve their English abilities fast out of my expectation. As if there is another chance to be an intern again, I would accept it undoubtedly.
