Some Points that I’ve learned

Ask students for their side of a problem.

Give them some choice in assignments.

Provide quick feedback.

Set expectations on first day. Be clear.

Be sympathetic but stand your ground.

Always be enthusiastic.

Ask students to introduce themselves to you in writing.

Memorize their names on the first day

Create structure but be flexible.

Take time to reflect.
