The focus of systematic approach to learning is the learner. The instructor should consider the learner's needs, interest and readiness then the lesson and subject matter. The instructor should select the appropriate teaching styles, techniques and capacity then implement the instructional process. The instructor should evaluate outcomes and refine process then start the process again.
