What kind of training and support opportunities are available in your institutions?We believe that the support tools are just as important as the

courses themselves. If students can't find their way and know how to use what is available to them, navigating the content and their courses will be that much more difficult.

• We had to find a way to help them to better understand the tools at their disposal to help them succeed

Steps to facilitate ID integration

1. Presentation of online tools for IDs - l'Espace conception CFCL and of the templates to be used for course development

2. In-person team meetings/training sessions - once or twice a year

3. Bi-weekly online meetings to discuss best practices, share ideas and develop new tools

4. Work with current ID to get feedback and help with all the new tools
