Support for students, tutors and instructional designers at the
centre for continuing and online education
Tips and tools to succeed!
Christina BerkersCFCL - La Cité
Before we get started...
...and a little about you!
Have you worked as a part of a virtual team or taken an online course?
What kind of support would you want if you worked as a part of a virtual team or were an online student? What would you expect?
What kind of training and support opportunities are available in your institutions? We believe that the support tools are just as important as the
courses themselves. If students can't find their way and know how to use what is available to them, navigating the content and their courses will be that much more difficult.
A little about me...
