• How often is it used• Are you teaching Technology TEKS• Are students learning web based applications

Parts of STaR – Educator Preparation and Development

• Do you participate in Technology development• Have you met the SBEC technology standards• Have you been trained on using web-based

applications for student learning• Does your district provide these trainings

Parts of STaR – Administrative and Instructional Support

• Does your campus have a vision and plan for increasing technology

• Does your campus provide opportunities for technology development

• Does your campus promote communication/collaboration through technology between colleagues, parents & students

• To what extent are computers with internet connections available in classrooms

• To what extent are media accessories like MP3, digital cameras, scanners etc. available
