• A student of Higher education need not only the capabilities and skills to face the challenges but also needed to earn their livelihood. And also to Contribute toward the Economic Growth of the Nation.

• Therefore, A Teacher should acquire not only the Professional Skills and Knowledge but also abreast with the expectations of the students.

But they are shy & unable to present – lack of communication skills – English

Only English will not help – need overall improvement of their personality

They are laying stress on Talking style, Dress, Manners, Overall movement etc.

• UGC introduced COP and funding Colleges to develop capabilities of students needed to earn their livelihood

• UGC allocated a separate fund for the development of Backward Districts, Border Areas Rural, Remote Area
