Audience Profile

• The target audience we will be aiming for our short film would be mostly females from 12-25 years old. This is merely due to the reason that the main character is a female teenager which

s something that boys wouldn’t really be interested in. We chose this age range because the girl is a teenager so most teenagers and young women would be able to relate to her

story.

• The certificate of our short film would be 12, this is because there isn’t anything that’s really inappropriate in our short

films for young individuals to watch as it doesn’t contain any; nudity, drugs, sexual actions or discrimination. However we

gave our film this certificate as it does contain a sensitive theme.

Other featuring charactersHazel:

Sound

We are still deciding on what music we will like to feature within our film however the style in which will be included will be current upbeat songs in order to show that even though Ava has cancer she is just like an regular fun loving teen.

We have decided that for the scene in which Ava reveals to the audience that she has cancer a sad

piano composition will be played in order to emphasis that the short film is indeed an emotional drama. This

composition will also be created by Skye.
