Frecuency Adverbs
● Como su nombre lo indica, nos sirven para saber con qué frecuencia o periodicidad un sujeto realiza una acción determinada.
The Position of the Adverb
● Un adverbio de frecuencia va después del verbo principal (excepto con “To Be”).
+ F. Adverb + Verbo + Comp.
● I always remember to do my homework● He normally gets good marks in exams.
Un adverbio de frecuencia va después del Verbo “To Be”
+ are / is + F. Adverb + Comp.
● They are never pleased to see me. ● She isn't usually bad tempered. ● Pedro's always late.
Cuando utilizamos un verbo auxiliar ( have, will, must, might, could, would, can, etc. ) el adverbio se coloca entre el auxiliar y el verbo principal.
+ auxiliar + F. Adverb + Main Verb + Comp.
● She can sometimes beat me in a race. ● I would hardly ever be unkind to someone.
Podemos usar Adverbios al inicio o al final de una oración:
Usually, normally, often, frequently, sometimes, occasionally
● Occasionally, I like to eat Thai food.● I like to eat Thai food, occasionally.
Usamos “hardly ever” y “never” con verbos positivos y no negativos
● She hardly ever comes to my parties.● They never say 'thank you'.
Usamos “ever” en preguntas y oraciones negativas
● Have you ever been to New Zealand?● I haven't ever been to Switzerland. ● I have never been Switzerland.
Preguntar con How often
How often + do / does + + verb + C + ?
● How often do you eat pasta?● How often does Ana watch television?● How often do they go to the bar?

● Usamos el pasado simple para hablar acerca de acciones y estados los cuales vemos como completamente realizadas o terminadas en el pasado.

Podemos usarlo para hablar de un punto específico en el tiempo.
● She came back last Friday.● I saw her in the street.● They didn't agree to the deal.

● También puede ser usado para hablar a cerca de un periodo de tiempo.
● She lived in Tokyo for seven years.● They were in London from Monday to Thursday

Forma Interrogativa
● Preguntas y Respuestas Cortas● Se usará “was” o “were” antes del sujeto.
Was I at the optician an hour a go ?
Yes, I was / No, I wasn't
Were we in Europe in 2001 ?
Yes, we was / No, we weren't
