Gaps
• Services / Functions
• Providers
• Funds
• Quality Standards
• Information/ Data for decision-making
Next Steps/ Ideas 1. How can I get the needed information or data? (eg. surveys; tracking
and collecting new usage and impact data, research.) 2. Who should be consulted for solutions? (eg. students; and providers
and funders internal and external to the post-secondary institution.) 3. Who are the decision-makers? (Identifying the key decision-makers
will help know who to advocate to.) 4. What are the solutions to consider? to implement? (Are there easy
wins? What are the priorities?)
