Faber Tower is a twin tower skyscrapper. It consists of offices and shop lots. All the office space are corner lots being designed to capture the maximum exterior panoramic view with almost all of the Klang Valley without any obstacles
2 rectangular form tower is situated beside each other and it is connected by the commercial block below
Commercial Block
Two identical blocks of office buildings are interconnected by the commercial block at the bottom.
SYMMETRICAL BALANCEThe buildings reflect everything in this composition on either side of an actual or imaginary access. The tower’s plan or elevation are mirror to each other.
Due to it’s strategised location and corner plot, Faber Towers each plot captures a natural lighting and provides unobstructed panoramic view of the Klang Valley.
The towers formed by numbers of floors creates the rectangular form of the building

ANALYSIS
The massing of the mosque is mostly formed by cuboids and intersecting the trapezoidal prism roof. The forms of the mosque is designed based on the importance of space use. Hence, cuboids have the maximize space used.

The building was developed using the Design and Build Contract, for a competent, quality-conscious and cost-effective construction.
Accommodation
Rectilinear forms, repetition of design elements creates ornamentation and decoration.
The massing of the building is a rectangular form placed vertically, which allows the building to be constructed upwards without taking up too much space.
Repetition of geometric shapes is shown by the repetitiveness of the windows and floors of the same respective size.
A vertical axis can be drawn to the building and an asymmetrical balance can be seen. It gives a visual sense of emphasis to the one side of the building.
The total number of floor units makes up the whole building, giving it its vertical rectangular form.
The hotel is located within the enclosures of the Mid Valley Megamall and the main road. The nearby commercial blocks and the mall are significantly lower than the hotel itself, which creates an emphasis to the building.

DESIGN CONCEPT
The building was completed in the year 2009, named Quill 7 by Quill Group of Companies. It was a 30 stories high-tech grade A office tower. The Axiata Group Berhad moved in to the building, and it received its status as a muitlmedia Super Corridor (MSC) office building
The building is formed by interlocking cylinder and a rectangular form
The building is made up of a cylinder intersecting with a rectangle.
This condominium is placed among the lush green land of Taman Desa. It consists of 3 blocks, 19 floors and a total of 370 units. This condo is a modern building design with several facilities including swimming pool and tennis court
The condominium is designed of 3 blocks with interlocking volumes of 3 rectangular shaped buildings formed together
This condominium is divided through radial symmetry meaning each side of the condo is equally balanced and both of the axes intersect at a base point.
SYMMETRICAL BALANCE
A combination of perfect squares of varying sizes can be seen from the plan.
Repetition is shown by therepetitiveness of the windows of the same dimensions in a block.
The entrance of the building is subtracted from the rectangular form. Although it’s subtracted, we still perceive it as rectangular form
LINEAR CIRCULATIONThe main path in the hotel rooms’ floor is in linear form. It creates a pass by spaces relationship between the path and space. The integrity of the spaces at both sides are maintained and the space in between is used to link the spaces together.

Given if all elevation of the building is opened into a straight plane, left and right elevation are not balanced out.
Ideal form is improvised naturally through of the arrangement of the whole area lot motive.
Concrete overweighs the volume than glass of usage in this block not just to give structure but also to give a raw look of the building itself
The emphasis of the openness into sunlight to the interior of the building is prior to the arrangement of the window.

Masjid Zaid bin Thabit are public community spaces designed to hold events, talks, and conference for Islam religion. It was renovated once due to extreme weather condition destroyed the exterior ceiling of the mosque no casualty caused during the incident
A modernistic mosque built without a traditional ‘bawang’ dome but symmetry are highly inclined in the building itself. A hexagon shaped mosque is uniquely presented in Desa Tun Razak. It is built to fit in the area of modernizing example building such as Terminal Bersepadu Selatan (TBS)
The mosque itself is formed by multiple rectangle stacking together. The massing are coherent due to the uses of similar shapes and no organic shape involve hence it look a whole.
Repetition of octagon and hexagon can be found in the aerial view of the mosque
It is designed by the traditions of symmetrical and repetitive shapes in Islamic Architecture. An equal octagon are used in this building
Spatial organization in this mosque are centric, hence it allows public to access through multiple entrances and focus activity in the center of the building.
The hierarchy pattern of this building were arranged in an ascending order, it allow us to indicate it as a mosque even though without the ‘bawang’ dome
Repetition concept of islamic architecture had a very strong influence on the design and even the infrastructure built in repeat pattern
