1) the territory is not a donkey

2) in every municipality there are experiences & best practices linked to SDGs. It's better to increase the value of these practices. Work together

3) a year – an idea; no more. People need time to own Mdgs. 2015 – 2030 is a period for a programme. Not a spot.

4) people are alone. Better to gather them around a goal. Mdgs are 17 goals.
