CLANSn--What is the meaning of the gaelic word ''Clan''?  The word clan is derived from 'clann' meaning family in the Irish and Scottish Gaelic languages.

--Tartan:   Tartan is a type of Scottish fabric who desing of each type of       graph for each clan.

--Kilts:   The kilt is the garnment most typical of Scotland. Is a skirt but it      is peculiarity that the men wear. His colour is different for the       clans of the Highlands regions

FOOD AND DRINK

Haggis: Is a type of food containing sheep's heart,liver and lungs,minced with onion,oatmeal,suet, spices and salt. Traditionally it eat on 25th January.

Shortbread: is a type of biscuit made from sugar,butter and oatmeal.Other ingredients like ground rice and cornflour alter the texture.

Whisky: is a type of distilled alcoholic beverage made from fermented grain mash.
