Let’s go to the UK
National Agency website
BUT!
Before Starting:
1. Read the Call for Proposals and Programme Guide on your country National Agency website.
2. Applications for funding are made at an organisational level.3. It is necessary to have partners from abroad - to find
partners you can use eTwinning, or your personal contacts, or even LinkedIn.
4. You can submit your proposal in the official language of the country where the National Agency is located.
5. Only one of the partners – the coordinator – submits the application and must submit it to the National Agency of its country.
6. You must have registered on the European Commission Authentication Service (ECAS) and obtained your Participant Identification Code (PIC) from the Participant Portal (URF).

What I am actually supposed to do?
Let’s get cracking!
Teaching or training abroad: Mobility for school staff (Key Action 1)
‘Mobility’ usually means to spend time abroad. Mobility projects can cover one or more of the following: study courses, observation, job shadowing, training, and teaching.
Mobility for VET learners and staff (Key Action 1)
Learners can spend time in a work place to gain experience or at a VET school where they will also spend time in industry. Staff can also benefit from funding opportunities to support their professional development or by job shadowing.
Mobility for young people and youth workers (Key Action 1)

Mobility for school staff (Key Action 1)
School staff mobility activity could include:
a teaching assignment: allowing staff of school education organisations to teach at a partner organisation abroad;
staff training: supporting the professional development of school staff (including non-teaching staff) in either:
participation in structured courses or training events abroad; ora job shadowing/observation period abroad in any relevant organisation active in school education.

Mobility for school staff (Key Action 1)
The project lasts from between one to two years, but for individuals or groups the effective time abroad can span from two days to two months.
Mobility projects are transnational, and so all project activity - except structured courses or training events - must involve at least two schools.
To successfully apply for funding for a Key Action 1, the project should be aiming to support the professional development of some or all of the school staff, as a part of the school’s European Development Plan.

Let’s Do It!
1. We will split in groups2. Each member of the group will have 2
minutes to present her/himself, what her/his school can offer, which are, in her/his opinion the needs of the school. While listening, please, take notes.
3. Each group will have 10 minutes to think about a KA1 project created according to the schools needs and resources.
4. Each group will pick a spokesperson, who will outline the project for the colleagues in 3 minutes.
the important thing is the overall idea/programme, if you think your project may
be viable, stay in touch!
