Online School Fee Management System consists of tasks such as dynamically fee structure, provide login to student and parents. Email to users from starting date to last date of fee submission. EXISTING SYSTEM..

•One of the most significant departments of a school is the fee collection section.

•Manually receiving fees for hundreds of students everyday, which involves counting the cash, entering records, and delivering receipts is no easy task.

• it is a time-consuming task for parents.•It is also time-consuming task for administration.

EXISTING SYSTEM PROBLEMS

Parents have no idea about fee submission . They have no current knowledge about the fee

amount They ignored the last date of fee. It is a wastage of time If……… Problems occour in calculation. security issues. In consistency of data.

NEED FOR SYSTEMProposed system has the functionality to converting the drawback of existing system are as follows.

I. It is a web based online Fees management system.II. It allows the user to login by using student id.III. After login , user can view all records of fees.IV. Parents also login by using student id or password.

NEED FOR SYSTEM……I. They can view the fee record and conformation emails.II. Students/parent can check the invoice after submission

fee.III. OSFMS is easy management of fee receipts.i. Admin can active or deactivate the student.ii. User can send email to admin. iii. Our purposed system OSFMS calculate the total fees of

students.iv. It also calculate the current amount of students fees and

remaining fees.v. Admin can send the alarming notification to parents and

student .

SCOPE OF WORKThe purpose of any new technology is to make people life easier. This project is database used to manage the school fees system. Parent and the students can view the all information .in addition parents can view the monthly absence of child. Student can also view our attendance.

Online School fees Management System will organize fee work inside school and proposed system will do the following tasks:

Insert student’s information such as student name, student number, address etc. Insert parent’s information such as father name, number, address etc. Insert section’s information such as section name etc.Give invoice for each student which one submit fees.View data about certain student and can edit it like adding or removing a student..
