Meaning It is based on the satisfaction of human needs. It includes some motivators including recognition, achievement and opportunity for growth.

According to my observation as new consultant joining, it can be said that Maslow’s theory is the best for the manager of organization as this theory assists him or her to identify the basic needs of individuals in an effective manner. Through understanding these needs, manager of company will be able to fulfill the requirements of employees in a better way.
