The center of Lempäälä has only a few shops, an upper secondary school, a vocational school, buildings of administration and a church – Saint Birgitta´s church with a cemetary.

This is on our back yard, just five minutes from the school.

Our school

We have around 800 pupils in our school.

We are between 6 and16 years.

There are several buildings around the yard.

We have over 50 teachers and almost 20 school assistants in the classes.

Every pupil is involved in everything in the school activities.

We have 21 pupils in our class and there are four pre-primary classes.

We learn many subjects integrated.

What we think about our school?

We have a lot to do – we can bake, play outdoors or indoors, we have maths, music, sports, handicrafts, tasks in Finnish etc.

We love to have lots of friends.

Everybody is friendly to each other and nobody is bullied.

We have nice children, teachers and adults.

It´s nice that adults take care and like all the children and vice versa.

It´s nice that we learn English and other languages.

The food is good.

It´s fun to play football on the yard.

We get many new friends here at school.

We can learn many kind of new things at school.

I like this school because the rules are good.

It´s nice to do the work.

It´s nice that we have good atmosphere here.

It´s great fun that we can make trips.

We get many visitors, for example from other countries.

What we think about our school

We are glad to have got new friends from other countries.

We like to get older pupils to practice in our class.

We disapprove bullying in our whole school.

It´s nice that we have sports.

We can get acquainted with other countries.

We have many great happenings during the schoolyear.

The parents highly appreciate our school.
