THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS

The most widely accepted human rights document is the UN universal declaration of Human Rights.

This declaration has gone trough the UN on 10th December 1948.

The rights listed in the Declaration ought to have everyone:

men and woman regardless of colour bar,any language are also spoken, any world view is supported by, any religious following are they, whatever financial situation they have,any social environment they live in, andare citizens of any countries.

The Declaration also declared, that Governments must respect this rights

not only its own nationals, but with nationals of other counties too.

THE UNIVERSAL DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS CONTAINS ALSO THE

CHILDREN’S RIGHTS

Children have the right to attend school. The elementary schools

must be free.

Schools should be teach children to speak with everyone, irrespective of them country

of origin, religion, or ethnic.

THE ENVIRONMENTOur school has provided a healthy life: the building is clear, bright and spacious,

the courtyard is surrounded by green area.

OUR SCHOOL IS A GERMAN MINORITY SCHOOL

The student has the right to education of national and ethnic owners.

STUDENT’S LOCAL GOVERNMENT

Our students take part in the development of he schools rules. In our school is a student’s local government in action, with one of them is representative democratically choosen.

PREJUDICE

Luckily for us there are no prejudices against the students because of religion or ethnic. In our school

are studying our Swabian, Gypsy and Hungarian kids together.

LEARNING BOOKS

Learning books and more materials can use everyone, irrespective of them country of origin, religion,

ethnic, or social situation.

RELIGIONStudents must not disadvantage due to religious beliefs.

In addition, they have to be able to religion and bible class. In our school students can take part on catholic or

reformat religion and moral psychology class.

DELIVERANCEStudents must not disadvantage because of their

conscientiousness belief and thinking.

EXTRA CLASSThe student has the right to get help for his / her

learning works after class.

LEISUREThe student has the right to take part in the cultural school life, academic competition, sport events and projects. In

our school there are a lot of opportunity to do them.

SOCIAL SUPPORTThe student has the right to get social

discount. Our school helps the students with eating- and book support.

CLASSROOM DECORATION

Every pupils can take part in the decoration of

the classrooms.

Plants, curtains, kids works make our

classrooms homelike.

AMONG OUR STUDENTS

Unfortunately it happens sometimes

among our students, that they break each other's human rights.

For example, if they speak with their classmates debt

of their religion or a minority use of debt,

referring to its position.

FREE FOR ALLThe student has a right to hold his / her personality in

respect by others. Against physical and psychological violence, corporal punishment do not apply. Unfortunately it happens

sometimes that they exchange bowls.

PARENTS VS. TEACHERS

Most of the parents sign, if they are not satisfied how the teacher deals with their child. Their complaint may be

referred to the Director or the parent- teacher association, but we try to solve the problem direct too.
