There seem to have been an influx in calls where leads are requesting that we allow their edTPA students to resubmit to Pearson. If students have uploaded corrupted files or if they decide after clicking Submit to Pearson that they would like to change those files, they can resubmit to Pearson (as long as they have not completed their submission on the Pearson website as well). If you receive a request to re-enable the submit to Pearson button for a student, it can be done in SA. 1. In the Pearson Integration box on the lower right hand corner, click on Transfer Request Reset Feature. 2. Choose the OA. 3. Choose the edTPA Program the student is enrolled in. 4. Select the student name. 5. Click to re-enable the submission button (note: if the student has not submitted to Pearson, you won’t be able to reset the button).
