The concept of school effec,veness puts the data on student assessment intoperspec,veby taking into considera,on context factors suchas the socio-economiclevel of the students, resul,ng in a more equitable way of assessing schoolachievement. Therefore, the study of factors that can foster or hinder schooleffec,veness isan importantfieldof study thatcanhelp improve thequalityofoureduca,onsystem.Our researchaims to study these factors in thecontextof the regionofCas,leandLeon, Spain, by analysing data from the 2015 PISA report through the use ofhierarchicallinearmodels.

With the increase of the training offered in online environments over the lastdecade,oneofthekeyelementsinthesetrainingeventsismedia,onasanenablerbest results approval and learning achievements. In this context the role ofmedia,on is key, especially when there is no teacher or tutor figure that is incontact with the par,cipants.
