INTRODUCTION

Here you must include all the background information that is necessary to understand this work. For example: how do plants respond to their environment, what is a phototropism, etc. A person that doesn´t know anything about the subject you are working on, must be able to understand the experiment after reading the introduction.

Also you have to include your hipothesis. Think about what is the question in this work so you can write a good hypothesis.

It must state very clearly why are you making this experiment, what do you want to see.

MATERIALS AND METHODS

How to carry out this experiment: what do you use, what do you do, what materials you must have, where are you placing it, what routine tasks are necessary. A person that want to do this experiment should be able to reproduce it after reading this. You can put pictures to show how is the box that you built for examples.

You have to explain how many times you check the box, what do you take notes to.

Do not write these in past tense! It is like a recipe.

RESULTS

What do you see. NOT CONCLUSIONS! Do not explain, just write about the final observations you make. You must include some photos.

CONCLUSION

Explain the results you had. did you prove the hipothesis or not.If you didn´t, try to produce other explanations for your results.
