Reason for Mr. Chary’s visit:

Mr. Chary came to The Dental Specialists with a Chief complaint of fractured Ceramic crown which is part of the bridge. The metal was exposed and it was looking ugly.

On Examination:

• No Pain. Oral Hygiene very well maintained.

• Crown chipped was part of the whole bridge of 12 units.

• 12 unit bridge was cemented permanently on 6 osseointegrated implants 3 years back.
