conversation happening?
• Why is the conversation
taking place?
Read the following sentences- what will the response be? Choose any sentence
and write a response.
1) ‘Why do you want to run in the race when you know you will be beaten?’
2) ‘Shouldn’t you put it back before it is missed?’
3) ‘I can’t go on with it. We need to turn back.’
4) ‘One of you needs to own up. If you speak up now the punishment will be far less.’
5) ‘You know that the moment you step through the door you will change the course of history. Are you ready for the consequences of that?”
