StrengthsO We split these tasks up between the three of us so that we had

an equal amount to do – this ensured that are time management was efficient and allowed us to upload our posts onto the blog ready to move on to the next stage of planning.

O We all used a range of software e.g. slideshare, powtoon, emaze and this meant that our blog was varied and appealing. It also helped with skills development and broadened our creativity and knowledge of the software.

O We gained relevant inspiration from conducting these tasks – from the research into similar products we gained inspiration for what kind of conventions and techniques to include in our documentary, which would also directly relate to our target audience and topic.

O From our research into the topic, we gathered several facts and statistics that would help support our argument and that would also intrigue our audience.

WeaknessesO For researching into our topic, there was

lots of different articles to choose from and we found it difficult initially to reduce our options down to only relevant ones.

HOW WE CAN IMPROVE THIS:If we come across this difficulty again, we should create a mind map of the options and give pros and cons of each one so that we choose only the most relevant ones.

What we will do next…O In our next stage of planning, we

will create the recce lists and props lists so that we are well-organized and can quickly gather our equipment and props when filming.

O The recce list will help us when writing our risk assessments and will clearly show why we have chosen each location in relation to our audience and topic.
