The business plan will have been constructed by now and will be in the final stages of being put together. The next thing needed to be completed is the domain name needs to be found.

The next stage is to get funding for the website. To do this I will need to pitch the idea and product potential investors. I will have to create a presentation to pitch for the people that will possibly fund the website.

The funding I have gained from the ventures I pitched to will be divided into costs. I will spend money on the hosting costs.

The actual body and layout of the website is created and design aspects are put in place.

Will need more people to help finalise and add to the process of creating website. Additional designers and developers needed for hire.

The Life Follower project needs a project manager as a pose to just me, the founder. I will spend money from the venture I gained in February on a main project manager.

Before marketing Life Follower a marketer will need to be hired, as were the developers and designers.

Contact made with other social media sites and publications to market Life Follower before its release, the new marketer will be in charge of this.

Thorough testing of the Life Follower site. Testing security, safety of all the users that will be using the site.

A small focus group from public will be acquired to use for final testing of the site and to reach a conclusion of its status in operation and expectations.
