If you are new to Google Apps, and if you have a Chromebook, first of all, welcome! Shortly after getting to know your
new collaborative cloud-based awesomeness, you may begin to feel a bit frustrated at times about some of the basic
features you may have become accustomed to that seem nonexistent with Chrome and Drive.
One of those simple features you may be used to is the ability to send multiple documents to a print queue. Thankfully
though there are plenty of workarounds for missing features such as this via third party apps that tie into Google
Chrome directly. For the specific task of printing multiple files at the same time (for instance, multiple student essays),
the solution recommended here is a Google Drive app called PDF Mergy.

1. From Drive click on Create, then select Connect more apps.

2. Search and find the app, PDF Mergy and Connect.

3. Then select multiple files from your Drive and open with PDF Mergy.

4. You will have to grant permissions the first time you attempt to run PDF Mergy.

Seem like a lot of steps? Remember that steps 1, 2, and 4 will not have to be repeated again in the future.
This may still not be as simple as selecting multiple files in your Drive and then selecting print, but this is a
workable solution until Google provides that feature fully baked in.
