operations,

For the working capital the owner would be using the money that the business make to

The entrepreneur organizes the factors of production to create goods and services. The

The business must be legally licensed to operate before it can be official opened to the general public and to be legally licensed the firm must be passed by a health inspector who has deemed the business legal to operate once he/she has checked the hygiene of the environment along with the working conditions of the employees.

The owners of the business will ensure that all individuals who are employed in the firm have a proper and valid food handlers permit which will be renewed when required by the law.

These are but two of the government regulation that greatly affect the operation of the business .e.g. If the health inspector realizes that one of the employee's food handlers permit is not up-to-date the business will be forced to be closed down until said employee has updated his/her food handlers permit.

15

Ethical issues involve right and wrong or what is considered good, and what is considered evil in a society.

Ethical Issues in this business would be the transaction between Kawaii Cafe and other organizations as well as how the firm disposes of its garbage so that it does not harm the environment.
