First we need the installer….(USB or –decompressed- downloaded .alz file)

and then looking for the “executable” file

What to do when an error occurs:

1. Thoroughly review the settings and re-run the program

2. Check the user manual, section “Frequent Errors", and find the specific error

3. Copy the error message (in red) and paste it in an email to capfitogen@fao.org (or the address listed in the support/contact section).
