pronoun.
– Typically, the adjective phrase will immediately follow
the noun or pronoun it modifies.

usually involve cats.
• Few of her cats enjoy her company.

tells where, when, how, why, or to what extent. Like
an adverb, it can modify a verb, and adjective, or

• Mr. Schram is pretty scary for a small guy when
dressed like Voldemort.
