Physical activity can be fun
and is good for your health.

Physical activity doesn’t have to
be a sport.
It can be anything that makes
your heart beat faster.
What is something active that
you enjoy?
Beach sports?
Soccer?
Dancing?
Climbing?
Skateboarding, Cycling or
Scootering?
(always use a helmet and pads)
Snorkelling?
Body Boarding?
Skiing?
Regular physical activity…
• Builds strong bones and muscles,
• Improves your balance,
• Helps you to keep a healthy weight
• Makes you feel more relaxed,
• Helps your heart,
• Boosts your confidence, and
• Is FUN!!!
