Conclusion

• The organization has been suffering from some of the problems associated with performance of the employee

• Attention must be paid to improving the system in terms of training and setting clear goals for the betterment of the employees and the service in general.

• If employees are not performing at the required levels, good service delivery will not be possible.

• The only way to determine whether they are performing at required level is if the system produces accurate and valid results.
