The Five Social Media Tips
1. Fan An Audience
- I feel they built the audience through all social media. They have a lot of the respect from the a cappella and theatre communities because they found their key audience through both the music created solely from them and their social media.
2. Content Shared
- Through their Youtube videos they always share a song they feel reaches us as fans. Plus they always thank us and tell us what is going on with the group and how to connect with them. I find this very personal and welcoming into the Pentaholic family.
3. Engagement
Again the Pentatonix are a very thankful group and very social media relient. Every member has a twitter to engage with fans and share little moments with us. The only thing I think I would have them do is promote their website more and draw in their fans to the amazing site. I only found it during the research for this project.
4. The Swag
The swag is only found through their official website and at a concert. I have ever seen them advertise their swag and I have only heard from other fans.
5. Posting
They post constantly on Youtube. Being subscribed to them I get to see their latest work, plus a thanks and any new information.
