Amazing Paris Adventure.
This trip was all made possible thanks to the many generous donations that we received
Baking Association of Canada BC Chapter,Patsy Frederick Bursary Fund,Snowcap Enterprises,Robin Hood Flour (Horizon Milling),Sysco Corporation, Barry-Callebaut,LeSaffre Yeast,Thrifty Foods (Sobey’s),Anita’s Milling,True Grain Bread, Jonathon Knight Award,go2,VIU Foundationand many other individuals who supported our trip!

It all started with a ferry terminal
A group of people
And a fair amount of luggage
Then we were off
Onto a bus
Then to the airport
Eventually on a plane
Landed safely
Turns out the luggage was optional
Problems solved we took the chance to look around our new neighborhood
Europain time
So much food
And sculptures
Competitions fought
Competitions won
People met
Train Problems
Then its dress up time
Off toCallebautChocolate factory
Not many pictures but a great amount was learned here

Brussels!
After a short but amazing visit we were back to Paris and enjoying some sightseeing
And of course some bakery visits
A chance to meet the local bakers!
Once again it is time to dress up
Eat amazing food
Then a sad goodbye
And back home once again.
