ABOUT THE COMPANY

Bishal Tea Gross Association Pvt.Ltd. is a private organic tea manufacturing company located in Guwahati, Assam, India; which emphasizes mainly on organic tea manufacturing. The major associates of this company are the small tea growers of Assam, who specifically cultivates organic tea plantations. This company is established under the Indian partnership act 1932.

Our main goal is to bring sustainability and growth to the local rural economy. Our prime focus is to provide small-scale tea farmers with the opportunity of fair pay and growth.

The primary function of this role is to head the Bishal Tea Gross Association as MD to success, growth and profitability.

The role holder needs to be able to share the vision and values of Bishal Tea Gross Association and be able to execute the shared vision.

To have a strong digital orientation and be able to create a successful digital marketing for this product.

To present and reach an agreement on short, medium and long term initiatives to achieve the strategic objectives of the company.

To be able to focus on how and translate goals into actions.
