General Admission RequirementsEnglish Language Requirements:Evidence of English language ability

- IELTS or TOEFL test must be provided; or

- English waived if English was medium language of instruction for the last 2 years within the last 24 months; or

- Year 12 students – SA in Pre-tertiary EAL; or

- UTAS Foundation – GPA of 4.9 out of 7 for English for Tertiary subject.

– English language requirements for graduates of Biomedical Science, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy and Psychology

– The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) has recently announced that it is mandatory for all graduates seeking registration with the relevant National Board to demonstrate that they have achieved an overall IELTS score of 7.0.

Academic Requirements:- qualifications equivalent to the 12th year of schooling in Australia.

- required grade in studies to meet prerequisite subjects.

Bachelor of Nursing (3 years)

- ATAR of 65- 4.90 out of 7(if last studies were based on Australian Tertiary Degree)

Bachelor of Nursing Fast Track (2 years)

- ATAR 75; or- 5.25 out of 7(if last studies were based on Australian Tertiary Degree)
