• Think of some things that scare you.– What colors come to mind?– Are they dark? Light? Dull? Bright? Warm?

Cool?– What shapes come to mind? Are they organic and

smooth or jagged and sharp?– How do these fears make you feel? Describe the

feeling (small, trapped, like you can’t breath, dizzy, etc.)
