Don Bosco College was established in 1963 in order to respond to the need of training qualified religious personnel to take care of the different Don
Bosco institutions in the Philippines.

In 1967, the government recognized the offerings of the seminary as valid for
graduation with the degree in the BSEd Course.

In answer to the need of qualified industrial workers,
the college opened an outreach program in 1972. The program was known as
Don Bosco Manpower Training.
