Objective: Prepare and

present a multi-media presentation on a specific lesson and grade level.

The approach is based on the premise that teaching and learning is more effective if more senses are involved..

Multi-media presentations do not only hold the attention and interest of school children or students in high school and in college but also the adult professionals during seminars, workshops and conferences.

For instructional purposes and with considerations on the entry skills of the pre-service education students on the use of computer applications, this lesson is focused on the use of power point in the production of sound –slide presentation.

A. Story boarding-This refers to the

preparation of audio-visual plan the teacher chooses to use in presenting the lesson plan or the topic.

-Doing this provides a smooth flow or transition from one slide to another.

Considerations for Effective

1. Know your target audience or clientele.

3. Identify your content and do researches for a substantial presentation. You may use print materials or the internet.

5. Write your narration and selected audio effects like music or any appropriate sound.

slides.-Incorporate your plan in the production of each slide including the appropriate background, color and animation.

-Go over your creation for evaluation as to content and showmanship and aesthetics before finally presenting it to your target audience/clientele. Doing this will avoid mediocre performance and embarrassment.
