TECHNIQUES OF CREATIVITY

Developed by Robert Crawford during the 1930s,AT technique is an

idea-generating tool for

identifying process, product,

and service improvement

opportunities. Attributes of a

product, service, or process

are systematically changed

or substituted to search for

problem solutions or

improvement ideas.

• To modify product, process, or service

characteristics in order to bring problem-solving

or improvement ideas to the surface.

• To examine essential problem- related attributes

to possibly change or modify them in order to

eliminate or reduce the problem.

Before :-

Brainstorming

Mind Mapping

• Consider value of attributes

• Modify attributes

breaking the problem down into smaller

parts that can be examined individually
