(2) Discussed working Six Flags at the last meeting, however CPT Craig discovered they no longer offer this opportunity. (3) It was brought up that Pizza Inn offers a Dough-Raiser which requires no more than 8 people per hour to act as servers, hostess, bussers, and dishwashers. You will receive tips and 15% of the buffet sales. Others mentioned that Pizza Hut offers something similar or we could check with Papa John’s and McDonalds who also typically offer fundraiser opportunities. (4) Another suggestion was to hold an FRG Yard Sale. Members could donate things they no longer need for the sale. Many were interested in providing items for the sale. Looking at mid- June to hold it. (5) For any food sales we will need to have two volunteers with a Food Handler’s card on hand, therefore we need volunteers to attend the class. The next classes are June 15th 1900-2100 and

D. Use of funds was discussed. Last month it was mentioned going camping or to Lake of the Ozarks. There was quite a bit of interest in holding a ball/formal dance for the FRG. If we use it on a Christmas party it should be held before exodus.

4. FRG Leader Remarks (Mrs. Jeanne Stearns)

A. Reviewed the information and resources printed off for members.

B. For those interested in helping Joplin out due to the tornado there she has a list of things you can do. Also suggested going to COL Williams Facebook page (Garrison Commander). He has great info and stays up to date on things going on.

C. If you have any questions or concerns please contact Jeanne, she would be happy to help. She works on post and is available to you.
