Majors My first choice as a major in this school would be Business and Management. This

school allows me to achieve a Bachelor’s degree in business and management. Nevada State has a bachelor of science in Business. (BS) Business And Management has an average salary of around $40,000 - $60,000

My second choice as a major would be in Criminal Justice (Bachelor of Applied Science). Criminal Justice has a average salary of $45,000 a year.

Internships:

NSC nursing students helped organize a health fair for Las Vegas-area refugees. School of education students developed lesson plans and led writing workshops for area schoolchildren as part of a class assignment. And several students in the Business Program contributed research to the Global Text Project, a world-wide effort to develop electronic textbooks for free distribution in third-world countries.

ScholarshipsWells Fargo Bank. The bank will award $10,000 for qualified

students pursuing a degree in business. This scholarship will afford $5,000 per year for two students.

NSC Scholarships: Nevada State College scholarship funds are awarded to students based on merit and/or need depending on 45 the source of the funds. The student is required to have a specific GPA to receive and keep scholarship awards. In order to be considered for NSC scholarships, students should complete the NSC Scholarship and Grant-In-Aid

As right now I would apply for the Wells Fargo scholarship if I wanted to major in business. This College does not have a lot of scholarships to give. But from now to graduation I just need to keep my grades up high and could also go for the NSC grant.
