Learn to make paella , step by step.
Ingredients 1 º step 2 º step 3ºstep End
Rice, 600 grams Clam, 500 grams Gamba, 300 grams Green pepper, 1 uni Garlic, 2 cloves Food coloring ParsleyChicken, 800 gramsSquid, 50 gramsOnion, 1 unitPea, 150 gramsSal½ cup olive oil
Ingredients
Wash the clams in cold water with salt, open them in a saucepan with ½ cup water, drain and reserve the clams and broth separately Wash the chicken and dice. Wash the squid and cut into strips. Peel the prawns and cook the shells and heads for 10 minutes, strain and reserve broth .
1º Step
Heat oil in a paella pan and fry the chicken until browned, add the squid, sauté a couple minutes and add finely chopped onions, peppers, peas and peeled tomatoes. Saute for 15 minutes. Add the rice, stir and sprinkle with the hot broth and clam shrimp (plus water), calculating the volume double rice.
2ºStep
Making mash the garlic cloves, parsley and saffron and add to the paella, and add seasoning to taste and cook for 10 minutes over high heat. Reduce heat and cook for 6-7 minutes over low heat. At the end of cooking, add shrimp and clams. Let stand about 3-4 minutes and serve immediately.
