We will feature a flashback in Poland of the female protagonist as a baby. Karolina will be visiting

Poland in the holidays and will find an isolated location.

Featuring a scene from a foreign country will create a sense of a

family history which our audience will not be able to relate to therefore raising

questions. And creasing intrigue The use of foreign dialogue will make it clear that the scene is

shot in another country

We will shoot a scene of our protagonist looking disorientated,

as if she has lost her grip on reality. This location is ideal because it is a quiet location

despite it being in Soho. The road is also very narrow which created

a sense of claustrophobia foreshadowing the concept of the

female protagonist feeling trapped within her mind

We will be shooting in parliament hill schools

darkroom because of the strong artificial red lighting

which will give these shots a dark sinister quality. We will

feature a mask in these shots which will be used as a motif within trailer and in at least one of our ancillary texts.

We will be shooting a shot which indicates

that the protagonist is suffering from mental health issues. We will shoot against a white backdrop to create a

very clean, clinical visual.

We will use this mental health centre

to reinforce the protagonists history of

bad mental health. We may feature a

poster which shows that she has escaped from this institution.

We will shoot a haunting P.O.V shot of a masked camera on a tube train, bringing the element of

horror to a location which is familiar to are niche audience. We aim to

incorporate the non diegetic sound into our soundtrack if

it is suited.

Here we will shoot our dialogue between the doctor and the patient (at the mental health

institution). The frame will be centred around the protagonists bed

where she will be lying.

This abandoned office block is where we will shoot a range of shots

showing the protagonist in a disorientated state. The

derelict building foreshadows the decaying of the protagonists mental

health which is why it lends itself to our narrative

well.
