The canteen is important as it illustrates where the good moments in my characters’ life will appear. The couple join together, it’s also where the main character’s dancing ability is formed. There is a sense of peace as the couple are together most of the time here, so there are no real sense of danger. Yet, there was a sense of cold in the area, foreshadowing the end of the video. There will be no real props here as the shots will be focused on the couple.

The Third Location

The performance area is very important as it shows dancing that the love interest (Paige Wellstead, seen in the pictures) of the main character. Props will include: ribbons for the dancing and some streamers (probably?). These adhere to the conventions of my music video as the music video of pop-rock video as dance is an interpretive medium for expression and emotion. It also is an interesting selling purpose for the video, as dance can often sell a music video as it interests the audience. The dancing is symbolic of lust as the dance is similar to the popular Disney ballet “Fantasia-Nutcracker Suite, Rite to Spring and The Pastoral Symphony”. Which are all dances to “attract” and “seduce”. Also, the dancing is what attracts the main character to the love interest in the first place.
