Locating a specific UK case on i-law.com

Law Research Navigator > Select ‘i-law.com’ > click on the hyperlink Database URL.

Click ‘Login’.

Enter [email protected] and leave the username and password as it is.

The homepage on i-law.com:

Search by citation:

Scroll down to ‘Citation Search’ on homepage > select ‘Lloyd’s Law Reports’ from the dropdown

menu > enter citation e.g. year 1961 volume 2 page 478 > ‘Search’.

Click on the desired search result.

To download the case:

Click on the PDF icon on the top right hand corner and the case will download immediately.

Search by case name: Scroll down to ‘Law Reports

Search’ on homepage >

select ‘Lloyd’s Law Reports’

from the dropdown menu > enter

name into Free Text e.g. “the Achilleas” > ‘Search’.

Search Results > select ‘Order by Relevance’ from the dropdown menu >

click on the desired search result.
