• Rebranded end of March 2015 to remove link with VISTAS journal
• New URL: http://repository.uwl.ac.uk
• Purpose remains to collate all research activity at UWL, in preparation for REF2020
• Current figures: 768 items in repository:
60 ESADM, 5 CLBS, 390 SCT, 160 CNMH
17 ELS, 64 LCM, 3 LSHT, 38 SPSWHS

• Re-launching soon with web forms for requests
• We can scan material to support specific modules:
If allowed by CLA Licence
If we own the item in Library stock
If we have paid for copyright clearance via the British Library
If material is not already available in e-format
• Allow at least 20 working days for request to be checked for copyright compliance and completed
• Material is licensed for the duration of the module and then needs to be removed/renewed

• The Library funds a document delivery service to supplement stock purchases
• Students may make 30 requests for free in one academic year, staff/PhDs may make 50 requests, using a web form
• Items obtained from the British Library – with standard fees for book loans, article requests, and renewals (which are not automatically granted)
• Please allow up to 20 working days for request to be satisfied
• Launching SED for article delivery during summer 2015
