● OGT still in place for 10th graders and above● New tests in effect for 9th graders
o PARCC: English 9, English 10, Algebra, Geometryo OHIO: Physical Science, American History,
Government● New accountability: “Quality points” system● New accountability: Credentials for career-
tech programs = test scores
Standardized Testing @ LVHS
● Quality Points system:o Tests scored like AP test, with 1-5 score range.o 3 = passing; 4 = college-readyo Current proposal: On 7 tests, students must earn at
least 18 points● “College entrance test” and AP test scores
can substitute for test scores.
