OUR PHILOSOPHY Any organization, people potential

and skills ultimately determine the success of strategy formulation, implementation of effective plan, motivating people for competitive advantage. developing strategic leadership. General management and competency building take more than ten years to develop internally. Developing skills and meeting the growing demand of ever changing environment is the prime concern of top management to sustain profitability and growth. In the present scenario use of rigorous, continuous and highly effective ongoing learning system is critical for testing, selecting and grooming managers and leaders in the competencies needed to succeed in the long term.

Most of the organisations are using skills that got results in the past. But many of these skills are obsolete considering the dynamic changes in the business environment in the internet age and Google search and how the business is influenced by

the internet economy. Smart companies need to look at the current dynamics and environmental changes and put efforts developing skills they needed to compete and grow the business with highly effective and successful teams of managers and leaders.

Organisation ignoring training and development will have their own peril. People need to learn new skills on the job and prepared for handing crises in the organisation internally or handling customers negotiating high value contracts when the competition pressure is very high. Organizations without having a learning system or only partial or incorrect system invariably yield long term inefficiency and significant risks for fulfilling all the stakeholders’ expectations. When the organisations realize that the talent in the layers below is not good enough, they need to invest heavily to attract outside talent for expansion, growth and value creation.

Learning to become sensitive to what your inner guidance is trying to tell you is not just a matter of listening. We also have to get beyond the concepts we learned as children—‘tapes’ inside our heads that tell us what we should or should not do. Each of us is born with a natural way of receiving inspirations and insight and then sharing them with others. My Experience and Journey I have been highly successful individuals for

last 14 years. During this time, I have involved in multi-functional, multi-technology and multi-industry environment on how to achieve positive, measurable, long-term change in their behavior and develop the competencies. I have worked with many large and small strategic programs optimized resources spent with strategic care. From this experience, I've learned how to develop a strategy based on concrete goals with action plan and thoughtful rationale, map out strategies for products, projects, business units and corporate, including new product launches, establishing profit centers, rolling out new services and solutions that require a highly coordinated effort, seamless collaboration and effective communication between multiple stakeholders. Since growth, sustainability and profitability depends on the quality of their marketing and sales force, I offer a proven ability to train and lead these teams using breakthrough strategies and implementing processes that are critical to the quality and longevity of any organization. I have played multiple roles from a sales executive to entrepreneur. I helped and trained senior leaders about common sense and play the game – how to get results. My ultimate goal is to coach

leaders on how NOT to shut down a conversation with their most valuable assets, their clients and team members. I show them instead how to open up a dialogue, which creates a winning feedback loop ensuring that they get the right information at the right time.

I have the opportunity to work with some of the best brains in the world: Ex President of India- Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam Saheb, Rajat Gupta (McKinsey Ex-Managing Partner), Krishna Palepu (Associate Dean Harvard Business School), Tom Friedman-(World is Flat Renowned personality), Vijay Mahajan (Ex Dean ISB), Dr. Raj Reddy (School of Computer Science, Carnegie Mellon University), William Haseltine (Man Behind Human Genome) for guidance, direction, strategy and policy implementation of effective leadership development, projects and program management working for EMRI-108 services in India as Chief Strategy Officer.

To my credit I provided insight, guidance and framework to “Rockefeller Foundation” senior program management team on preparing a unique plan and delivery model, research guidelines and white paper on low cost

Healthcare and Emergency care solution for less developing countries around the world with a high level cost effective model and rollout strategic and tactical program. I wrote a case study on Emergency Management and Research Institute with Executive Director of Harvard Business School on technology innovations and well-structured accountability system for long term sustainability and low cost delivery. I used to read books about the impending revolution or his destiny to change the world, but my experience in my own life at work has taught me well that heroes of the imagination often turn out to be villains by the end of the film, and companies that have creatively transcended the petty concerns of management vanish into case-study mythology. I draw on my 14 years on the wisdom of an enormous number of training sessions, workshops, round tables, and executive retreats ranging from keynotes address and sessions to small and large audiences.
